Former England Rugby Union internationals Kyran Bracken & Nick Easter are joined by a host of sporting stars to discuss mental health issues, and share their experiences of issues ranging from Anxiety, Depression and OCD.

The series will also discuss the effects of Covid-19 on the mental health of the nation. The series will be used as a vehicle to encourage Fix Radio’s male audience to talk about their mental health during a week.
